6th Annual JP Artists Ball!

This is an event I look forward to every year. It's fun, it's wild and oh yeah, it is a good cause too! Sadly this year you will be missing my dad in some insane wig/face paint since my parents will be in Turkey but I will be there to represent the Wickers (costume TBD)!

(PS- The official invitation says "costumes optional" but I think people stick out more when they don't wear something outrageous)-

The 6th Annual JP Artists’ Ball
Saturday, October 18th
8 pm to Midnight

at Eliot Hall, home of The Footlight Club.

This years Ball is sure to be an evening to remember as we welcome back past performers, Circus Mirage, Paul Podobry and the live auction talent of John Tobin. We will be dancing the night away in the main Hall to the music of the Branson Band with special guest Aaron Duclos and DJ John Ryan of New York’s famed Danceteria. Upstairs in the foyer Champagne and dessert will be accompanied by sultry acoustics and silent auction art.

Co-Hosts Edith Murnane and Richard Downey have been working for months with the Artists’ Ball Committee to gather additional performing artists and delectable fare from every corner of the Jamaica Plain community and beyond.

At this time Arva Clark has secured 21 area artists who will donate 50 to 100% of their sales that evening to benefit JP Centre/South Main Streets.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the door as well as Rhythm & Muse, Fire Opal, Fresh Hair and at our office at 39 South Street.

Costumes are optional. Masks will be for sale at the door.
