LadyDork) and was a perfect combination of relaxing and invigorating. Her cues were helpful and the poses were challenging without being too strenuous. After yoga, we did the signature workout which was basically one big dance party (and made me miss the Zumba classes I used to take in the North End!). The class was taught by professional dancer Melisa Valdez whose energy was totally infectious. I loved the music too (a big focus of Trillfit) which made it even better. Workouts that are hard, sweaty AND fun are the best, am I right?
